About Trademark Partners
Trademark Partners was founded in January, 2004 by John M. Huff, a
trademark specialist with over ten years experience
providing legal research and paralegal services, and more
than five years experience providing trademark services.
Company Name and Mission
The company name was inspired by our mission to be more
than an information provider to small businesses. We
consider each client a partner, and we seek to contribute to
their long-term success. We recognize that a trademark is a
valuable asset that should be thoughtfully created and
diligently protected. As a small business ourselves, we
understand the unique goals and challenges of our clients.
We also seek partnerships with other service providers
that work for small businesses and entrepreneurs, including
graphic design, marketing and public relations firms. We can
all share and grow from our unique expertise and experience.
Supporting Great Inventions and Great Ideas
We recognize and congratulate America’s inventors,
entrepreneurs, and other great thinkers for their
contribution to our economy and our communities, and for
creating an environment of incredible opportunity. We want
to help bring that opportunity to more people, which leads
to our final commitment below.
Charity and Community First
Ten percent of the profits from all Trademark Partners™
services is donated to charities that support
entrepreneurial education and opportunities. We are
committed to our community and making our work even more
meaningful through service to others. Our current recipient
is Hope Alive
Ministries of Frederick, Maryland, a project to build
transitional housing and education programs for homeless women and children. We encourage all businesses to
consider giving back to the community, to create a better
world for everyone, and in gratitude for the success we
enjoy.
