Trademark Partners is the successor
to trademark research firm Trademark Secure, Inc., founded
in 1999 by John M. Huff. As President and CEO, Mr. Huff
brings a wealth of business and legal expertise, with nearly
ten years experience as a trademark and brand development
specialist, and more than 15 years providing legal research,
marketing, and training services to law firms and
corporations.

About the President
In addition to operating Trademark
Partners and NamingSecrets.com,
John M. Huff is a brand consultant and a paralegal who
specializes in trademark and Intellectual Property law,
providing contract paralegal services to law firms. He
currently provides trademark paralegal services to the
distinguished Washington, D.C. law firm Powers, Pyles,
Sutter & Verville, PC, and several smaller firms. In
2005 - 2007, Mr. Huff provided trademark, licensing and
corporate paralegal services to Stelor Productions, LLC, in
Darnestown, MD, an early-stage technology and children's
entertainment company. Prior to trademark law, Mr. Huff
worked as a tax paralegal for seven years with a public
policy and research group. He is a graduate of the paralegal
training program at George Mason University, and a member of
the Maryland Association of Paralegals.
