$395.00.00, Allow 2-3 Days. This is our premium search on the name
of your product or service. It not only covers Federal and State
registered and pending trademarks, but also includes one of the most
extensive searches of Common Law sources we are aware of, including
business entity and "dba" filings; company and brand directories;
national, state and regional newspapers; and hundreds of trade
publications.
Federal Logo Search: $495.00, Allow 4-5 Days.
This is a conflict search on the design / logo element of your
trademark (if applicable). It checks registered and pending marks at
the US Trademark Office based on the primary elements of your
design. Since it is based on graphic element similarities, it is
often a time consuming process that requires analysis of over a
thousand individual design marks. Includes up to 2 Classes of Goods
and Services. $95.00 ea. addl. Class.
- Federal Trademark Application: $195.00,
Allow 3-4 Days. This service consists of research concerning the
trademark, and electronic filing of the Application based on
information provided by the client.

response to client requests we now offer an analysis of your trademarks
and brand concepts from a branding and marketing perspective. We can
help you create a trademark that represents your core strengths and
presents a compelling message to your target market (or validate
your current marks). An experienced consultant will review your current and
planned products and services, marketing plan, and brand strategies,
to help strengthen your brand and maximize your
gain from the trademark process. This can be a powerful starting
point for your marketing, advertising and sales efforts. Note: Service
consists of business
and marketing advice pertaining to brand names, logos and marketing
strategies. It does not include legal advice or replace the services
of an attorney. $350.00, Includes up to 2 hours
consultation, and preparation of a brand strategy report. Addl. consulting
is $95 per hour or part thereof.
Branding Session & Creative Naming Package: Start with a

creative development of trademarks. Minimum of three names
